Situated inside the grounds of Hamidia Hospital, opposite to Taj-ul-Masajid, Dhai Seedhi ki Masjid is just four big steps by four big steps in area, making it about 16 sq m. acreage. Built on top of an old fort, this mosque has a watchtower of its own. According to locals, this is the first mosque in Bhopal. This mosque came up as a makeshift mosque while the fort was being built and has continued to remain a place of worship ever since.
