Yodhasthal, a prominent ‘Know your Army (KYA) is Been situated at Dronachal complex in Bhopal Military station.With an aim to provide enriching audio-visual experience of the modern Indian Army and its association with the people of Madhya Pradesh, the Yodhasthal facility is specifically dedicated to the youth of Bhopal.Located in an aesthetically appealing and landscaped park, Yodhasthal was inaugurated by Major General Narinder Pal Singh, General Officer Commanding of Headquarters Bhopal Sub Area.

There are six sections at Yodhasthal comprising of
1. ‘Prekshgrah’, an audio-video center where short films of Military historical value are screened and one can learn about modern Indian Army.
2. Parichay, an information centre where one can browse through a variety of interesting displays and reading material and gain an insight into the traditions and ethos of Indian Army,
3. Avishkar, the e-discovery enclosure giving knowledge on lesser known facts of Indian Army
4.Astra Shastra, this enclosure will enlighten the visitors about few empts which took part in army battles
5.Alpaahar here visitors can enjoy refreshment savoring the beauty of sunset sitting next to a beautiful water fountain.
6. Swagat Kaksh, from here the visitors can take home unique memorabilia to remind them of a day well spent.

It’s a nice experience and will give you a patriotic feeling.The most awesome place to interact with Indian army. Has many things to enjoy like the documentary, the rock climbing, the cafe and the museum. There are different types of gun’s ,tanks, fighter plane and rifles displayed of previous war , who takes part in war. It is a glorious moment to know our Indian army. A feeling which will fill u up with enthusiasm.
